About Us
Our Purpose
Energy policy to global climate change, road congestion to obesity, society has problems. We believe that better analysis and thinking help create better decisions.
We are not party political but we do care about good Government. We care about all aspects of decision making, housing, infrastructure, environment, information, social development, technology, energy, education , health, international relations, human rights all are linked, decisions in one area can impact on the others.
Where we can we would like to encourage and help in the process of making better decisions.
Our approach
We seek to identify the key issues involved in public policy and strategy, making them more transparent to the public before decisions are made and offer innovative but realistic ideas and approaches that may help provide better solutions.
We provide a consultancy service to critique proposals before publication and to evaluate specific projects or proposals in the public domain where there maybe doubt that they are beneficial to society.
Our History
Bluespace Thinking was established in 2010 after four years in development.
After 30 years in the civil engineering and energy industries where he was involved in major decisions that impact on and are impacted by Government policy, our founder Malcolm Griffiths considered writing a book on thinking, numeric analysis and decision making.
However he looked for a more creative approach to encouraging good decision making. In 2010 he launched Bluespace Thinking as that alternative approach.
